(40780) BREITLING - a stainless steel automatic gentleman's Aeromarine Superocean wrist watch, the blue sunburst effect dial with hourly applied Arabic numerals, inner twenty-four hour markers, bordered by a minute track, date aperture to three o'clock, inner bezel with tachymeter scale, unidirectional rotating calibrated bezel, tonneau shaped case numbered A17340, fitted to an original blue rubber strap with pin buckle, signed ETA calibre 2824-2. Case width 41mm.

Condition

Breitling Superocean wrist watch, automatic movement is currently functioning, dial and hands appear to be in good condition, glass has light scratches, case has medium scratches from use, there is noticeable damage to the side of the case with a deep gouge, bezel shows some scratches from use, watch is fitted to an original blue rubber strap which is showing signs of wear with creases and scratches from use, pin buckle is scratched from use. This lot does not come with box or papers. Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this lot be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
