This helmet was worn by a background race car driver in the 2008 live action film, "Speed Racer." The black helmet is designed to look like a chalkboard with various notations and writing. This helmet can be seen at the starting line of Casa Cristo 5000, an intense cross-country racing rally notorious for rough and foul play. Many of the drivers are bribed by fixer Crunch Block (John Benfield) to stop Speed Racer and Team Togokahn from winning the race. The helmet is in very good screen worn condition and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the costume house.
