DAVIDSON, NEW YORK JACQUARD COVERLET, dark blue and white, two joined panels, floral medallion central design, running stag and tree side borders, American eagle and building end border, corner blocks inscribed "WOVEN AT THE ITHACA CARPET FACTORY, BY ARCHD. DAVIDSON. 1842". Second quarter 19th century. 82" x 93".
