A HENRI II STYLE WALNUT AND BURL OLIVE WOOD BED
Continental, Early 20th Century
An elaborately pierce carved crest featuring an egg cartouche and flanked by carved finials. The rectilinear panel headboard features olive burl wood reserves flanked by carved masks and garlands. Rectilinear side rails and footboard of the same motif. All raised on feet in the form of carved masks hunched on four toed paws.
Very good condition.
66 x 77½ inches (167.6 x 196.9 cm).
