Standing Figure ink on paper, signed and dated 1961 by Rico Lebrun (1900 - 1964) lower left. 30" X 20". From Naples, Italy, Lebrun studied, taught and traveled throughout Europe and the New World. His works have been exhibited at such pretigeous institutions as LACMA; Boston Museum; Santa Barbara Museum; MOMA; and De Young Museum. A similar Lebrun ink on paper piece "Standing Figure" Lot # 516 was estimated at $3,500 - $5,500 at the Swann Galleries Auction on September 19th, 2002.
