This is the SECOND of Two LeRoy Neiman serigraph prints to be offered today as individual lots.
LeRoy Neiman (American June 8, 1921 – June 20, 2012): Known for his brilliantly colored and stunningly energetic images of athletes, musicians, and sporting events. Neiman was prolific throughout career, and at 90 was commissioned and completed a painting for the 2012 Ryder Cup golf tournament and planed to travel to Medinah, Ill., in September 2012 to attend the match.
Neiman recently died at the age of 91 in Manhattan on June 20, 2012.
This large action filled low numbered limited edition serigraph titled, Skiing Twins comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Year of publication-1983
Print measures approximately 35 5/8” high x 29 3/4” wide within an image site of approximately 38 3/4” high x 31 3/4” wide beneath double matting within a silver metal frame approximately 46 3/4” high x 39 1/8” wide x 1 1/8” deep behind glass.

This is to certify that the work of the art described on this certificate is an authentic original limited edition serigraph, thirty-five colors, hand signed by the artist named and guaranteed as represented herein. The edition consists of 359 total impressions divided as follows: numbered impressions-300; artist’s proofs-50; artist proofs-50; printers proofs-9, publishers proofs-none; unsigned proofs-none; prior states-none; restrikes / reworks-none; posthumous edition-no. No other proofs or states exist other than stated herein. Year of publication-1983.

Dated: 21, Feb. 1983 with embossed Seal from the Styria studio, signed by the printer and publisher.
Very good. No visible creases or tears. Not inspected out of frame. Paper hue has typically evenly mellowed to off white commensurate with age.
