Flying Redhead Drake

This half-bodied duck model displays exceptional blended painted feather detail, with a comb painted back, a gently curved wing, incised bill and tail carving, and an eye groove. On the back is a hand-crafted copper hanger and "Drake Red Head" written in script.
Provenance: Joel Barber Collection Private Collection, Greenwich, Connecticut gifted to Connecticut Audubon Society Private Collection, Cambridge, Massachusetts
