Wheeled Ice Cream Vendor Cart This has 3 rubber wheels with one front that pivots. This has a metal handle. There are painted "popsicles" on 3 sides. This has 2 stainless steel plates on the top with removable lid. Interior has wide open space. Likely not the original lid as it is not hinged. Set of brass bells mounted to the handle. This measures 38.5 long to tip of handle x 20.5 wide without tires x 31" high.
