grain painted, yellow poplar and white pine secondary, marked in red crayon on back "1846 John (Langley[?])", possibly on one drawer "John (Green…) Samuel (Green…), probably Pennsylvania, 87 x 49 x 21 in. Grain paint appears to be original, upper drawers with original pulls, lower drawers with replaced pulls, scratches, scuffs, one cracked pane, interior repainted with traces of old paint. Provenance: Musick Estate.
