With grayish covers, no authorship noted, dated "May 22, 1944," marked "Revised Final Draft," 106 pages, with the character "Rosalind" [Hayworth's role] circled in red pencil throughout and those pages dog-eared, signed in red pencil in the left corner of the cover "Rita Hayworth;" included with a short typed note on the star's personalized notepaper, dated "January 22, 1945," reading in part "Dear Mr. Rosensteel: / ...I am enclosing / the script I used on my last / picture," signed in blue fountain pen ink "Rita Hayworth;" included with the original transmittal envelope showing the star's Beverly Hills return address. (Please note the original paperclip is still affixed to the notepaper and has left a rust stain.)
