An Elizabeth Taylor Twice-Signed Document, 1961. An official passport application form for the then eight year-old Michael Howard Wilding [Taylor's son with actor Michael Wilding], dated "Aug 16, '61," signed in blue fountain pen ink "Elizabeth Taylor Fisher" on the verso and further signed by the star on the margin of an attached black and white photograph of the kid, instructions note to mail the passport to "Eddie Fisher Bev. Hills Hotel / Beverly Hills, Calif."
