Gary Cooper is Michael "Beau" Geste, who, in order to protect a beloved aunt, confesses to a crime he did not commit and joins the French Foreign Legion in disgrace. There, he is reunited with his brothers, John (Ray Milland) and Digby (Robert Preston), and eventually redeems his honor at the hour of his death. The one sheet for this true film classic features a stoic image of Cooper, Milland and Preston against a blazing desertscape.
