The 1950s were filled with stellar sci-fi movie posters, but this is truly one of the best designs. This bright, color rich insert is covered with the menacing Martian horde, as the terror-struck humans stand mesmerized. William Cameron Menzies directs Jimmy Hunt, Leif Erickson, and Helena Carter in this classic sci-fi tale of alien abductions, one that remains popular with film buffs and poster collectors alike. There are pinholes in the corners of the top section and one corner with a tear in the bottom section, an edge tear at the left horizontal fold, a small hole in the left border with a tear and paper tape on the verso, extra horizontal creases and a scratch in the bottom section.
