Prussian coat of arms front plate, officer's cruciform spike base with stars to left and right posts and officer pattern perlring on spike base. Smooth spike with ventilation holes to either side. Parade layered scale brass chin strap is connected at one end by the Preusen cockade and the other with a plain side post. Standard rear ventilation spine. Private purchase liner in good condition, however missing drawstring. Leather in good condition, has been cared for and maintains a supple quality. Accompanied by original leather carrying case.
