Border of this piece in an alternating waffle pattern of diamonds, and squares with 3 woven lines inside surrounded by horizontal and vertical banded lines almost like a grid pattern, the center is a floral design with tulips, leaves and stems. Really good condition, 1850-70, 76 by 72, 2 small holes about the size of a dime that could be repaired easily.
