Description

Linen fabric with probably cotton thread, showing ABCs in a green color, some in cream color and some in red. Signed SC and no date but probably 1850-70, origin is unknown, minor fabric separation but mostly there, currently in an old if not original frame with wavy bubbly glass. Sampler size is 11" wide by 8 1/4" tall, framed dimensions are 12 1/2" wide by 9 3/4" tall.
