Pictures, Inc. of Burbank, California, or any affiliate or subsidiary thereof, the sum of Seventy Five Thousand ($75,000.00) Dollars, and such other sums as may, in the sole discretion of MARILYN MONROE or MILTON H. GREENE, be necessary for the acquisition of and payment for the literary property “The Sleeping Prince” and a screenplay based thereon, both written and to be written by Terrence M.
