Description

Large Chinese hand carved ivory tusk fully reticulated tusk depicting a total of 24 men and women, each wielding an item. The people situated amongst pine trees. The people are enclosed by dragons and Phoenix birds. Holds four character calligraphy marks to bottom of base. Includes fitted wooden display stand. Tusk measures 53 3/8" length x 13 1/4" (135.5cm x 33.6cm). Ivory weight of 4.96 kilograms.
