The borders of the icon are decorated with punched ground, which gives the floral ornament physical relief. Also the borders are decorated with color tempera, which simulates the visual effect of enamel. Two inserted splints on top and bottom. SIZE: 8 ¼” x 10 ½” (21 x 27 cm)
