King Kong Movie Card R 52/206 Bruce Cabot, Fay Wray, and Robert Armstrong. Considered by many to be the greatest science fiction film of all time, this film was a blockbuster hit in its original release and continued to draw huge audiences up through the fifties. This card is from the 1952 re-release. King Kong was re-released in 1938, 1942, 1946, 1952 and 1956 to great box office success. Stricter decency rules had been put into effect in Hollywood since its 1933 premiere and each time it was censored further, with several scenes being either trimmed or excised altogether. Condition: Very Good, one half inch tear on right side, tape on back, black marker on back.
