Writing Table, Maryland Hepplewhite, 1790 - unique support system. Two square tapered legs swing out from the center to support the top. Solid mahogany throughout with no veneering and the tops are single boards. A drawer at each end which retains its original Chippendale brass pull. It is a form made outside of Baltimore in Maryland and dates to 1790's. Size: 27.5" H x 40" L x 17.75" D (35.5" open) Weight: approx 110 lbs
Condition: Original structural condition retaining original brass pulls and casters.
