Description: Pitcher with handle, with ribbed center, and Fleur-de-Lis decorations along center, painted in blue, brown and tan. With applied sterling silver plaque, embossed with the Brae Burn Golf Club logo (somewhat rubbed), and engraved with the tournament information. 9¼" tall. The rim of the pitcher measures 3" in diameter.A beautiful trophy pitcher, presented for "Ladies Invitation Handicap Tournament, June 7, 1900. Best Gross Won by Louise A. Wells." The sterling silver plaque bears the hallmark of Goodnow & Jenks. Stamped on the bottom Doulton Lambeth England 1843, plus the artist's mark for Joan Honey.
