Description

Jacobus Stainer violin having original fitted wooden case. Includes antique bow, but it is not marked so we can not be sure of originality. Constructed of wood throughout with metal strings. Case has two latches with locking mechanism to center side. Circa 1660. Length of the body is 14" (35.5cm). Total weight of 2.70 kilograms.
