Early 20th Century
The body of the censer is formed of an elliptical cross-section with four evenly spaced vertical indentations continuing to the waisted neck and mouth rim, each of two shorter sides with a mythical dragon-head, supported on three cabriole legs, the quatrelobed cover is surmounted by a qilin standing foursquare, its head with mouth agape exposing fangs turned towards its bushy bifurcated tail, the stone of a very light green tone.
