A humorous poetic swipe at Washington pretension & bombast of yesteryear. (2). VIRGINIA CARDINAL, 17 issues from Nov. 1971 - July 1973. Along with four others.
(1). Good condition, a few pages have very faint foxing, corners frayed, inner hinges reworked. Front cover sun struck, some discoloration. (2). Very good condition.
