A mixed group of Roman style armaments comprising: a gladius with flat-section blade, ribbed brass grip, bone pommel with bronze fittings; a bronze-hilted pugio with ribbed blade; a cast blank for a leaf-bladed short sword; a 2nd-3rd century spatha chape, discoid with crescent voids to each face, inverted incised letters 'RB' to one face. 2.5 kg, gladius: 59 cm (23").
