ANTIQUE AMERICAN VICTORIAN PARLOR CHAIRS
3rd and fourth quarter 19th Century
On the left, a mid 19th century oval back club chair, exposed mahogany frame with serpentine arms and bow front seat. Cabriole front legs and splayed saber leg in the rear, serve to support. One the right, a Renaissance Revival style arm chair, 1875-85. Exposed walnut frame with carved and applied decoration, button tufted back and channel upholstered arms, raised on spindle turned legs with castors. Both newly covered in tone on tone borgello patterned damask.
