ELVIS PRESLEY - American Sound Studio Atlas style mic standwith goose neck. This Professional grade Atlas style mic stand with Goose neck was used in American Sound Studios where Elvis Presley recorded many of his later hits ("In The Ghetto", "Suspicious Minds", "Don't Cry Daddy", "Kentucky Rain", "From Elvis in Memphis", & "From Memphis to Vegas"). The mic stand was subsequently purchased on 8/16/87 by Jimmy Velvet for his World Famous Elvis Presley Museum Collection. The Atlas mic stand is listed on American Sound Studios' computer generated inventory list, dated 8/15/87 and signed by then owner of the studio, Wiliam Glore, which is the list considered by Mr. Velvet during the negotiations. This was on display at Jimmy Velvets world famous Elvis Presley Museum for many years and seen by millions of fans. Accompanied by an Elvis Presley Museum certificate of authenticity hand signed by Jimmy Velvet.
