18K GOLD KEY WIND ULTRA THIN POCKET WATCH BY BAUTTE: 18k yellow gold hunt case with wheel engraved case centered by a medallion open for your monogram to front and floral bouquet to back, each side edged in scrolling floral band. Dial engraved with lovely lakeside scene, black Roman numerals, second sweep at 6 o'clock. Dust cover marked Bautte Geneva No 67581 Detached Lever 13 Jewels, inside back case marked 18k matching serial number and DM in rhombus. Requires replacement crystal, currently keeping time. Measures approx. 11mm deep, 49mm dia. case, 43mm crystal, with key, circa 1850.
