John Ek WWII Model 5 Fighting Knife, with leather sheath, also called a ''Navy'' knife, with 7'' clip-point blade that is 1'' wide, with 5-1/2'' long rock maple bolo grip with three lead rivets. According to Ek's original catalog, ''We have named it the Navy knife because the boys at sea like this style for cutting ropes fast as well as fighting. This knife, if dropped overboard, will zigzag to the bottom giving a chance for recovery.'' Condition to both knife and scabbard are excellent.
