Comprising an early 19th century patch box with enameled portrait of a partial nude on black ground with white scrolls and an early 20th century sterling-gilt miniature clock with three hinged covers, one with enameled portrait of a young beauty, each opening to reveal windows for three portraits and a central "Elma" watch/clock dial. The largest 2 inches (5 cm).
