Original lithograph in color on canvas. Signed on stone, numbered in pencil 16/500.
There are two editions of this print: one of 1500 and a special one produced to commemorate an exhibition of Miro's sculptures with a catalogue in English.
Literature: Patrick Cramer, Joan Miro: Les Liveres Illustres, Patrick Cramer, Ed. P. Cramer, Geneve, 1989 np.139.
Note: Schuzo Takiguchi was a poet and art critic, and the one to introduce Surrealism to Japan at the end of the 1920's. Hi is known for his collaboration with important poets and painters as André Breton, Marcel Duchamp, Joan Miro, Sam Francis and Antoni Tapies.
Very good condition. Attractively framed.
