Impressive 45 Star Union Jack Naval Flag c. 1896, 45 Star Union Jack Naval Flag, Very Fine. 42” x 76”, a few small holes scattered about. Consists of 45 white stars on a blue background. This is from the era of the Great White Fleet Ñ the size is large enough that this flag could quite possibly have flown off the bow of an American battleship during the Spanish-American War.
