Rare Hand Claw and Dinosaur Tooth from Morocco
Description
Fossils and RelatedRare Hand Claw and Tooth from a New Dinosaur Discovery, Found Near Begaa, Morocco.
Teeth from Deltadromeus agilis have been known for many years, but no skeleton was found until just a few years ago in Morocco. This 75-80 million year old predatory dinosaur was a coelvrosaur. Much smaller and more slender than its distant relative the T-Rex. This lot contains a rare curved hand claw, 1.5” long, complete with a weathered tip. Also, an excellent .5” tooth with the dangerous serrations still sharp. The brown enamel is still lustrous and hard. The very tip is slightly worn, probably from use when this dinosaur was alive. Deltadromeus was just a little larger than the Veloceraptors in the movie Jurassic Park. Displayed nicely in a 5.5” x 4.5” Ryker mount.
