Overall length: 54". Octagonal 39" barrel, flintlock with four-piecde patchbox. Eastern Berks County or Western Lehigh City. A very uncommon double (side-by-side) Kentucky rifle with full octagonal barrels and still in original flint configuration (late type flintlocks) with a very nicely engraved four-piece patchbox. The maple stock is original with remnants of artificial striping, probably made in the Kutztown to Allentown area.
