Paul Ritter oil on canvas landscape of a stream with a farmhouse and fisherman. Frame measures 34.5" x 30". Paul Ritter was born in Nuremberg March, 1829 and died November 27, 1907. In 1860 he moved to the United States and established a studio first in Vermont, and then in New Hampshire.
