A Renaissance Revival Carved Hall Chair,
having a foliate crest over the pierce carved back formed by two opposing phoenixes, the upholstered seat enclosed by open arms with scrolled terminals, raised on scrolling legs headed by putto masks with a stretcher carved with trumpeting putti flanking a grotesque mask, the legs further joined by shaped X-form stretchers.
