Two-piece gown of patterned black silk taffeta; fitted jacket with long sleeves, black lace trim at neckline complemented by decorative braid with black beading, button front closing; skirt with demi-train, center front panel with ruching detail bordered by bands of decorative beaded braid and vertical tucks, pleated skirt flounce, fully lined. Commentary: Stunning gown with lavish decoration, some wear to jacket silk, otherwise very good condition.
