Life". Allegedly 1 of only 10 signed by both the subject (musician) and the artist. Size of the visible image (photo only) is 8 1/2" x 12 1/2". Under glass, matted and framed.
There is a very slight/minor crease evident at the upper right portion, but the overall condition of the image appears to be good. RSz
