Condition is new, good workmanship. The featured blue topaz is set within a tiered white diamond bezel accented by a blue diamond set bail. Bright polish finish with milgrain detailing throughout. Identifird with markings of “14K”. Containing: One prong set oval mixed cut natural blue topaz, measuring 21.00 x 15.50 x 10.70mm, approximate weight of 25.44ct., Clarity is eye clean, type I, medium dark, very slightly grayish, very slightly greenish blue color, (GIA vslgB 6/3), cut is good.
