Description

Prototype alien head for the visitors of Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Steven Spielberg's 1977 classic sci-fi fantasy. This was created by Burman Studios but the design was ultimately rejected by Spielberg as being "too creepy", owing to the absence of a mouth. Unpainted. Made of hot melt vinyl and attached to styrofoam base. An incredible piece! (Measures approx. 15"x11"x10")
