The Virgin kneeling on a assock at the right with the right hand on her chest and the left hand on a missal. A Virgem é representada à direita ajoelhada sobre um genuflexório, com a mão direita sobre o peito e a mão esquerda sobre o livro de orações. O Anjo encontra-se à esquerda, ajoelhado sobre uma nuvem, segurando com a mão direita um ramo de lírios brancos enquanto aponta com a mão esquerda para a pomba do Espírito Santo.
