Walnut Hepplewhite work table, ca. 1840. Unusual style with two drawer compartment at top with dovetailed case and hidden lock mechanism for drawers. Reeded corners with one drawer base with Hepplewhite legs with grooved corners. Dovetailed drawers with pinned and nailed construction. Poplar and walnut secondary wood. Unusual work table with original finish. Fine condition. 39 1/2" h. 26" w. 24" d.
