ATTERBURY SWAN STAND LAMP, light blue alabaster embossed Swan font, medium blue alabaster hexagonal base, underside of foot embossed "PATD, SEP 29D 1868.", screw socket connector with patent information, No. 1 Taplin-Brown collar. Fitted with a P & A No. 1 hinged lip burner, and a Quaker lip chimney with rayed and beaded top. Atterbury & Co. Fourth quarter 19th century. 9 3/4" H to top of collar, 5 5/8" DOA base.

Font undamaged, top of stem with a vertical annealing line in swan's neck, as made, foot with a flake to upper step corner, connector with minute split. Burner set-up undamaged.
