ATTERBURY SWAN STAND LAMP, colorless embossed Swan font, medium blue hexagonal base, underside of foot embossed "PATD, SEP 29D 1868.", screw socket connector with patent information, No. 1 Taplin-Brown collar with patent information. Fitted with a P & A No. 1 hinged lip burner, and lip chimney with medium petal top. Atterbury & Co. Fourth quarter 19th century. 9 5/8" H to top of collar, 5 5/8" DOA base.

Font undamaged, stem with an annealing crack at body and beak juncture, as made. Burner set-up undamaged.
