BUFFALO, LION, AND TIGER STAND LAMP, amber, stem with three various figural heads, No. 1 Atwood collar. Fitted with a period slip burner and chimney with etched Crown decoration. Fourth quarter 19th century. 20 1/4" H to top of shade, 10" H to top of collar, 5 1/4" D base.

Catalogue Note: Thuro illustrates an example displaying only buffalo heads; she noted that this lamp with three different heads had been reported, but she had not verified its existence.
Undamaged, foot edge with a minute flake at a 1/4" annealing line, as made. Burner set-up undamaged.
