Percy Leo Crosby (1891 – 1964) was an American author, illustrator and cartoonist best known for his popular comic strip Skippy.
A Brooklyn artist, life Magazine illustrator attended Art Student League Art, Pratt Institute and exhibited in London, New York, Paris and Rome and in permanent collections of several museums.
