K-24 Civil War officer's frock coat reissued to North Carolina Militia-Circa 1866-67. Double breasted black typical Civil War issue by "J.W. Glover + Sons" (silk label). With 18 South Carolina front buttons ("HORSTMANN BROS. CO. PHIL" Cir. 1866-67) (1 missing) and 5 small cuff buttons (1 missing) and 4 large reverse buttons. Has brass metal shoulder board holders. Period black lining and blue/white striped silk-like sleeve lining. Six moth nips on inside right cuff and three on reverse. Deaccessioned from the Hershey Museum. II
