Moreno Pincas was born in Bulgaria in 1936 and immigrated to Israel in 1949. He participated in exhibitions in Paris, Buenos Aires, Milan and Tel Aviv. Moreno's creative work has a considerable literary element derived from various sources. His heroes, covered with loneliness and spiritual emptiness, find themselves in enigmatic social situations.
