Omega : an Olympic Rattrapante Chronograph oversized Pocket Watch and Stopwatch of typical form with red arched shape case and neck strap, having Arabic hour markers, 10ths of second markers to separate white chapter ring , central sweeping seconds hand and split lap hand, hour and minute hands, a black matt dial signed ' Omega Olympic swiss made 'with a many bridged mechanical 21 jewel Omega movement no. 1908407 omega 1131 in a matt nickel case, 2.55" diameter, cased 4 7/8" high.
Provenance: formally owned by Mr. John Partridge, of Barton Seagrove , Kettering, a former British Cycling Federation Treasurer. He was also General Secretary of the Northampton / South Easy Midlands Division of the British Cycling Federation ( and it's predecessor The National Cyclists Union) from 1954-1969 and since its inception was an active member of the Northants Cycle Racing Association, and was heavily involved with the Northampton and District Time Trials Association (and served on the committee of South East Midlands Districts of the Road Time Trials Council) etc.
